Orders ship from our New York warehouse within 2 business days.

Because our fragrances contain alcohol, they travel by ground and usually arrive within 3–7 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that, a flat rate of $8 applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Every order includes fragrance samples (depending on stock availability), so you can discover other memories of France.

Yes, gift wrapping is complimentary: tick "Complimentary Gift Wrapping" in your cart and add a word for the recipient if you like. The packing slip shows no prices.

You can exchange an unused fragrance or return it for store credit within 30 days of delivery, or return it for a refund within 14 days. Fragrances must be in their original box.

Exchanges and store credit are free; a $10 return fee is deducted from refunds.

Each eau de parfum comes in a 30 ml bottle (1 fl oz).

Yes. Every formula is 100 percent vegan, never tested on animals, and free of phthalates and parabens.
